LONGVIEW - Atlanta High School won from Longview High School yesterday afternoon at Fair Park, the score being 14-0.
Longview High was outweighed by the visitors, who not only brought with them a team of considerable avoirdupois, but good knowledge of the game.
The Longview boys were unable to work any combination that would put a score across during the four quarters. Jones' thirty-yard gain around the end put the local team within striking distance of the goal on one occasion, but the Atlanta team tightened at the critical moment.
A fairly good crowd witness the game.
