| MARSHALL - The Marshall High School football team defeated the Longview team here yesterday on the Bemar-Medill Heights grounds, by a score of 20 to 0.
There was quite a crowd out to see the game, and it was a good one, but the Marshall boys had the best of it, although the Longview team was the heaviest. Johnson for Marshall played the game, and his forward passes and rop kicks were of a high order. Human Taylor was the referee, Joe Lake umpire, and Lake and Richardson were the time keepers. |
